Delivery times and tracking

Covid-19 is causing delays in production and shipping times. Our apologies if delivery takes longer than usual. We are working hard to get your products to you and we thank you for your patience in these unprecedented times. Under usual conditions, shipping takes 2-4 weeks but expect longer shipping times in the current circumstances. Please be patient!

A tracking number will be sent to you within 10 days of placing your order, so you will be able to track your parcel’s progress. (Please note: We are only able to provide tracking numbers to the countries listed below under Tracked countries).  To track your package, scroll down to the footer at the bottom of the Glo Bubble website and click Track my package. You will then be redirected to 17Track where you will be asked to enter your tracking number.

If you have not received your package after 45 days (60 days if you live outside one of the countries listed below), please contact us at info@globubble.com.

Custom Duties, tax and charges are not included in our base price, this is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different custom duties and laws of taxation.

You can cancel, remove items from an order or modify your shipping address within 12 hours of first placing your order. We regret that, after that time has elapsed, it is no longer possible to make any modifications to your order. Please contact us at info@globubble.com to make changes or cancel your order within the 12-hour timeframe.
