Cancelling or changing your order You can cancel, remove items from an order or modify your shipping address within 12 hours of first placing your order. We regret that, after that time has elapsed, it is no longer possible to make any modifications to your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make changes or cancel your order within the 12-hour timeframe.
Refund and replacements
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be faulty. We regret we cannot provide refunds or exchanges if you changed your mind.
If your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days at email@example.com with a photograph showing the item and the faults. Glo Bubble will replace any items that are faulty at no additional cost. We cannot replace items once the 30 days have elapsed.
If we ship the wrong product, please send us a photo within 30 days, showing how the product differs from what was ordered, and we will replace or refund these items.
Watches have a 90-day replacement warranty.
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product pages. Please refer to the sizing charts and take care to order the correct size.
In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of your shoe, Glo Bubble will process a free exchange.
Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges.
Free exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order.
Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer error and will not be eligible for exchange.
Free sizing exchange requests only apply to high tops, low tops, sneakers, boots, casual shoes, flip flops, faux fur boots and slip-ons. No other product in the Glo Bubble catalog is eligible for a free size exchange.
